Dial Back Minnesota | COVID-19
On November 18, 2020 Governor Walz announced ‘Dial Back Minnesota’, which will mean a temporary pause in some of our property operations once again, effective tonight at 11:59pm through December 18, 2020 at 11:59pm. We will remain open for business, however, we are implementing the below practices to support the goal of reducing the transmission of COVID-19. We ask for your patience during these challenging times.
Effective tonight at 11:59pm we will be:
- Closing fitness centers, indoor pools, saunas, locker rooms/showers, community rooms, outdoor hot tubs and coffee stations until December 18, 2020 and will be re-evaluated after that date.
- Pausing all non-emergency maintenance requests. To avoid extra emergencies during this time please remember the following tips:
- Do NOT dispose of anything besides toilet paper in your toilet – this includes baby wipes, sanitizer wipes, paper towels, napkins, sanitary napkins, etc.
- Refrain from using the garbage disposal – if it needs repair it is not considered an emergency and it is one of our most commonly malfunctioning appliances.
In an attempt to limit the number of people in our office areas, we are requesting that residents use our resident portals on your community website to pay rent and request maintenance, and to also communicate with our site teams via email or phone.
Our team continues to clean all the common areas of our buildings, high-touch traffic areas and amenity spaces regularly.
As a reminder, please continue to wear face coverings while in the common areas of your community.
We thank you all again for your continued patience and cooperation during these challenging times. Our goal continues to be to support flattening the curve and keeping employees and residents healthy.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your families.
