Scott Bader

Scott Bader puts this into practice by surrounding himself with intelligent, intuitive people. He believes the key to successful real estate development is the ability to anticipate trends and incorporate them into projects and community lifestyles. As a principal and co-founder of both companies, Scott oversees strategic planning for Steven Scott Management, as well as real estate acquisition, development, and construction for Bader Development. Scott is responsible for the development and construction of over 30 multi-family home projects, ten commercial retail centers, and three single-family development projects since 1980. Scott is also an attorney and a licensed real estate broker.
