Strategic planning is imperative for every type of asset in order for it to reach its full potential. Each property in the Steven Scott portfolio, from eight to 289 units, has a specialized plan in place. With 25+ years of marketing experience in the apartment industry, Brenda brings a keen approach to knowing a property’s target demographic and creating a plan that works to attract and keep residents. Brenda began working with Steven Scott in 1999 and has led the Marketing department in establishing successful marketing plans for over 100 communities. During that time she has overseen 62 lease-ups and 35+ property repositions. Prior to joining Steven Scott, Brenda was a partner in a Minneapolis-based consulting and contract leasing firm, and worked as Sales Manager for Apartment Search, Inc. for 11 years. Brenda has served the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association both as committee chair and board member, is a current board member for HousingLink, holds her Minnesota Real Estate Broker’s License, COM Certification, Degree in Business Communications. Some of Brenda’s greatest work joys are seeing employees, colleagues and clients realize success and new development drafts become enriched communities.
