Lakeville Pointe Apartments Celebrates Grand Opening
Ron Clark Construction and Steven Scott Management, Inc. held the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting ceremony of their new housing development in Lakeville, Lakeville Pointe Apartments on Wednesday, September 20, 2017.
The Grand Opening was held in the community room where guests also enjoyed a Ribbon Cutting ceremony that included a presentation of speakers including Owner Ron Clark, Mayor Doug Anderson of Lakeville and Commissioner Mary Liz Holberg from the Dakota County Community Development Agency.
Lakeville Pointe is a workforce housing development that consists of 49 apartments. The development features a community room, fitness center, picnic/grilling area and outdoor playground. 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments offer underground garages, washer/dryers and spacious floorplans. Rents range from $638-$1106. The building opened on September 1st and is 92% occupied today. All remaining apartments have been leased with an interest list established.
Funding for this project was made available through Dakota County Community Development Agency, Wells Fargo and Merchants Bank.
