Holiday Festivities Across the Twin Cities 2021-2022
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Here are some fun holiday festivities to enjoy across the Twin Cities. Visit one of these events and post on Facebook or Instagram using #stevenscottlife for a chance to win one of five $25 Target gift cards!
St. Paul and Suburbs:
Cathedral Festival of Lights
December 15-19th
Free outdoor light show, Indoor light show has a fee
Christmas Market will be there Dec. 16-18
North Pole Express
Dec. 3-5 and 9-12
Enjoy a Christmas-themed train ride from Union Depot to the “North Pole”. Train ride is 1.5 hours, and masks are optional.

Nature Illuminated at the Minnesota Zoo
Dec. 2-Jan. 16
Drive through event—Experience a magical, narrated journey through brilliant, oversized lit displays of your favorite animals.
$35-$60 per car depending on when you go.
New this year! Walking Experience Jan. 6-16 $14-$20 per person
GLOW at the State Fairgrounds
This year, GLOW is a walk-through event. Experience light up displays and ice sculptures with plenty of food and drink.

Holidazzle
The Holidazzle is back this year at Loring Park, though it remains a bit muted due to COVID -19.
Dec. 17-19 (One weekend only!)
Food/drink, vendor market, rides fireworks, fire pits, and SnowGa
This year, there will also be Zoom Santa calls.
There will NOT be heated tents, an ice rink or a kid zone.

Dayton’s iconic window displays, music performances and entertainment, and a shopping market featuring local vendors from across the state.
Winter Lights at the Minnesota Arboretum

Stroller-friendly path that’s just over half a mile
Music performances, light displays, bonfire with s’mores kits for sale and ice sculptures

Severs Holiday Lights in Shakopee
Nov. 25-Jan. 2
Drive thru event—over 2 million lights, food and drinks
$25-$50 per car depending on when you go and how many people are in the car
