Creekside Renovations

After 2+ years of planning and work, we are so excited to show off the before and after of Creekside’s apartment and common area renovations. Creekside was built in 1999 and had been partially updated a few times over the past 23 years. In 2021 it got a total face-lift putting it on par with a new community. Take a look at the before and after! In addition to the new look, we added a virtual spin bike room and fully renovated 173 apartments (occupied and vacant). It was quite the project to complete during the pandemic dial backs and employee and product shortages, but with a great team – it was done! Thank you to Matt Godbout, Amber Skorich, and Amanda Stein for spearheading this great update. Thank you to everyone else who jumped in from site and marketing teams!
