Dear Residents,

Effective today, January 17, 2022 at 11:59pm, in compliance with the City of Minnetonka Emergency Ordinance, face coverings will be required in the common areas of your apartment community. This will include:

  • Lobbies
  • Hallways
  • Stairwells
  • Laundry Rooms
  • Mail Rooms
  • Trash and Recycling Rooms
  • Recreation Rooms
  • Business Centers
  • Community Lounges
  • Underground garages
  • Any other community common area spaces not specifically defined above

The Ordinance includes any individual who is over the age of five and able to medically tolerate a face covering in accordance with CDC guidance when in indoor spaces of public accommodation, regardless of the individual’s vaccination status, except as specifically exempted by section 3.04 of the ordinance Ord. form.doc (ORDFOR~1.DOC;1) (minnetonkamn.gov).

If you believe you qualify for an exemption pursuant to this Executive Order for wearing a face covering in common areas of the building, please contact your Property Manager to discuss the matter and reasonable accommodation options.

If you have a maintenance request that must be attended to in your apartment, our staff will be required to wear face coverings.

We appreciate your compliance with this ordinance and respectfully ask you to remind your guests to comply as well.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.
