Effective Friday, December 18, 2020 at 11:59pm, we are pleased to share with you we will be easing some of the recent Dial Back MN restrictions that were put into place a month ago.
On November 18, 2020 Governor Walz announced ‘Dial Back Minnesota’, which will mean a temporary pause in some of our property operations once again, effective tonight at 11:59pm through December 18, 2020 at 11:59pm. We will remain open for business, however, we are implementing practices to support the goal of reducing the transmission of COVID-19.
Effective July 25th, in compliance with Executive Order 20-81 issued by Governor Walz, face coverings will be required in the common areas of the apartment buildings.
